zCore provides strategic planning to our customers as an organizational management activity that sets priorities, focuses energy and resources, strengthens operations, ensures employees and other stakeholders are working toward common goals, establishes agreement around intended outcomes/results, and assess and adjust the organization's direction in response to a changing environment. It is a disciplined effort that produces fundamental decisions and actions that shape and guide what an organization is, who it serves, what it does, and why it does it, with a focus on the future. Effectively, strategic planning articulates not only where an organization is going and the actions needed to make progress, but also how it will know if it is successful.

Performance Management: 

Performance management processes and techniques are implemented by zCore to involve our employees as individuals and members of the corporation to improve organizational effectiveness in the accomplishment of customer mission and goals and corporate goals.

Program Management: 

zCore provides program management and oversight to ensure the program goals are met by providing a decision-making capacity that cannot be achieved at project level. zCore implements program management standards developed by the Project Management Institute, through our PMP certified managers to manage risk, issues, requirements, design or solution. Additionally, our program managers emphasize the coordinating and prioritization of project resources, and manage links between the projects and the overall costs and risks of the program.

Decision Support: 

Our experts implement computer-based decision support applications that collect, organize and analyze business data to facilitate quality business decision-making for management, operations and planning. These applications assist in compiling a variety of data from many sources to include: raw data, documents, personal knowledge from employees, management, executives and business models.

Facilitation: 

Through the use of our certified facilitators, zCore assists organizations to design and run successful meetings and workshops, gathering data for the purpose of making informed decisions in strategic planning.

Policy Implementation and Oversight: 

Policy implementation and oversight are integral parts of policy making. zCore, following facilitation of meetings to provide strategic guidance for planning and decision making, will provide or support policy implementation. Once implemented, our program management staff also can provide oversight ensuring policy adherence.
