zCore provides program management and oversight to ensure the program goals are met by providing a decision-making capacity that cannot be achieved at project level. zCore implements program management standards developed by the Project Management Institute, through our PMP certified managers to manage risk, issues, requirements, design or solution. Additionally, our program managers emphasize the coordinating and prioritization of project resources, and manage links between the projects and the overall costs and risks of the program. |
