Military Health Systems Implementation and Training |
zCore provides Physician, Senior and Nurse Consultants to assist with the planning, development, and execution of Medical Operations programs that include primarily serving as consultants to the implementation team for Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and the follow-on PCMH workgroup. The PCMH Program has evolved to the Air Force Medical Readiness Agency (AFMRA) assisting the Air Force Surgeon General. Our doctors and senior nurses provide support for expert advice, assistance, recommendations, organizational and business process improvements, draft program implementation plans, develop, train, and deploy improvements to human performance and mission support to the AFMRA. Additionally, our staff develops high performance work processes and productivity improvements, systems alignment, leadership systems improvement, organizational assessments, and assists in performance measure development in support of AFMRA. |

Medical Administrative Support |
zCore provides medical administrative support with personal and non-personal Nurses Medical Services stabilizing the workforce providing quality health care services to a diverse beneficiary population. Our team provides services for health care providers and ensures a quality control program is maintained. Our expert staff support military Health Care Providers (HCP) which include Registered Nurse (RN) specialties, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN), Medical Assistant (CMA), and Nurse Assistant (CNA). We ensure that all HCPs providing services at the Military Treatment Facilities meet the specific criteria for their assigned duties. |

Research Administration, Coordination, and Management |
zCore’s Senior Research Administrators (SRA) provide centralized scientific, technical, administrative and regulatory support to our research customers. Working across and in support of each customer organizational directorate, our SRA’s contribute to data calls, reports, after action reports and informational papers; verification and validation of data and findings requests; Quality Assurance/Process Improvement assessments; program evaluations and protocols; and various requirements across directorates with all Research components. Our SRA’s are responsible for coordinating necessary integration and facilitation efforts in the organization and implementation of the Research customer’s activities. |
